What this PDF merger does
PDF Merger combines multiple PDF files into one PDF in the order you choose. You can add PDFs, remove the wrong file, move files up or down, rename the output, and download a single merged file from the browser.
It is useful for joining scanned pages, combining application documents, putting receipts into one file, collecting class notes, or sending several related PDFs as one attachment.
How to use it
Add at least two PDF files, check the page count and order, then use the arrow controls to arrange them before merging. The first PDF in the list becomes the first part of the final document, followed by each file below it.
Rename the output file before downloading if you want a clearer file name. The tool keeps the .pdf extension fixed so the downloaded file stays in the correct format.
Privacy and limits
The merge process runs in your browser with the files you choose. Your PDFs are not intentionally uploaded to a Utiloza server for merging. Even so, private documents should only be handled on a trusted device.
Very large PDFs, encrypted PDFs, damaged files, or documents with unusual features may fail or use a lot of memory. If a merge fails, try fewer files or remove the file that the browser cannot read.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the order before merging?
Yes. Use the up and down controls to arrange the PDFs before creating the final file.
Does this compress the PDF?
No. The tool focuses on combining files. The final size depends on the PDFs you add.
Can it merge password-protected PDFs?
Password-protected or encrypted PDFs may not work unless the browser can read them. Remove protection only if you have permission to do so.
